Hey folks,
I'm not sure I've ever left it so long between updates, but I looked today and realised it's been four months since my last post. Which is pretty poor going!
I hadn't even posted anything about our 4th big D-Day game at the end of June, or any of the other bits I've done since.
Like most years, I hit a bit of a painting funk in June, which, combined with buying a new PC, gave me other distractions. I spent a lot of time assembling all the 15mm West German stuff I now have for Team Yankee, then made the various 40k kits I'd accumulated. I had a week in the Lake District in July, where my eldest son joined us for the first time, which was great.
When I came back, I did start painting again, but I started with Space Marines rather than returning to my usual WW2 stuff. So far, I've barely touched any of the 15mm models I have waiting on my painting shelf.
But yes, I am still alive, still hobbying and chipping away at the lead mountain.
Good to see you are keeping busy 👍
ReplyDeleteAlways a dozen things to do Matt - shame I've not finished anything I had planned to!
